What we hand you as proof
Every listing we produce comes with one record. It exists so that if anybody — a board, an owner, a buyer's agent, your own compliance officer — asks how an image was made, the answer takes one minute to produce instead of a week of searching. This page shows the exact fields, so you can judge the deliverable before you buy it.
Nine fields, per asset

This is a format specimen, not a client record. The address, dates and names below are illustrative and belong to no real listing. We publish a specimen rather than a case study because this service launched in August 2026 and we will not present invented work as delivered work.

What this record does not do
- It does not certify compliance. It documents what was done, so that you can demonstrate it. The judgement remains your board's.
- It does not cover images produced by anyone else. Only what passes through our production is recorded.
- It is not a legal opinion, and neither is anything else on this site.
- It does not replace your own broker file retention obligations, which may be broader than image records.

We apply the disclosure rule your MLS, state or brokerage publishes — we do not interpret it for you, and we cannot guarantee any outcome with a board, a regulator or a court. Rules differ by board and change without notice.

Not yet, and we will not fake one. This service launched in August 2026; the first client records will be private to those clients, and any example we publish later will be with written permission and identifying details removed.
A one-page document per listing, plus the archived files, retrievable on request. If you need it inside your own system we will discuss the export at intake.
You can request a full export at any time, including after cancelling. Assets we produce for you remain yours.
