Professional Business Card Design Photoshop Tutorial

A business card is a special piece of paper that carries a business identity. It basically shows the brief identity of an organization or person. That is why it is very important to have a good quality professional business card design for business promotion.

The design of a business card depends on the branding of the company or individual. Moreover, the choice of tasteful colors also acts as a key influencer in the design of the visiting card.

Business card size

Visiting cards are usually 3.5 inches wide and 2 inches high. Cards can be either horizontal or vertical. However, in the case of design, leave 0.50 inches outside the card and 0.50 inches inside the card and then design the card. These are called margin and safety area. As a result, when the visiting card is machine cut, the text or design is not cut off. It survives because of the extra parts.

Today, we will make a special Vertical Business Card in Adobe Photoshop. We’ll use Photoshop CC. You have to choose CMYK Color mode to design a Business Card Template. Also make sure to get 300 DPI resolution.
